Registration Types & Descriptions

All registered attendees will be issued an attendee badge and badge holder as well as the appropriate event tickets and electronic business card.  You are required to wear your badge at all times while in attendance of the conference and exhibition.

Early Bird Cut-off Date: Friday 4 September 2015

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing by 4 September 2015 for a refund, minus a $100 administrative charge. After 4 September 2015 , refunds are not available. Substitutions may be made at any time, by contacting the registration department IN WRITING to registration@pennwell.com.

ATTENDEE BADGE POLICY

Attendee Badge Policy

All registered attendees will be issued an Attendee Badge and badge holder, as well as the appropriate event tickets and electronic business card. 

Please wear your badge at all times when attending official POWER-GEN Middle East functions.

Badges are a security measure to identify people who have a legitimate reason to be in the conference and exhibit areas. If you are not wearing your badge, you may be asked to show proof of your registration and picture ID.

Note, a Visitor VISA must be applied via your local Abu Dhabi hotel.
